Are there any resources for patients who are on hormone replacement therapy and in relation to discussion about longevity? TrT or ERT and aging?
There is a lot of data that estrogen has a role in prevention of heart disease dementia not to mention prevention of hip fracture and the Gyneco urinary syndrome of menopause. All four things. I typically see the causes of death in my patients that come to the emergency room.
MI typically call estrogen, the bio hack of longevity for women.
Sometimes I get a raised eyebrow, but I truly believe this, and as they person still taking trauma call at this point in my career, I see it every single day.
There are tons of articles for both HRT and TRT for cardiovascular, bone, brain, lipids, insulin sensitivity, visceral fat, and overall mortality.
This is one of my favorite review articles about estrogen and CV disease.... https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4490077/
I think every doctor and every female should read it.
On the business side of things how many people do their own content posts, blogs , youtube and how many ship it out?
I use to pay a ton for this. Now I do on my own. With better results
Definitely better results I’d do my own. It comes down to where is my time best spent and still be happy
I have a video editor who does about half of my IG videos. Then I do the rest myself. And I run it all (not always very efficiently)
Truth. Keep the money or the time.
I used to pay people and then ultimately decided to do it myself -it does take time but I delegate out other things
doing it myself because I can be most authentic.
I have gone from an audience of about 30,000 to 1.3 million in one year.
it’s definitely worth my time to figure out what my audience specifically wants
Very true. I see your content on IG . Great job.
You're crushing it! There's definitely to the idea of just being authentic. I think that's working better now than the more produced stuff, although I do both.
Looks like combo for the win. I know my analytics show better results when I’m talking then when I spend money and it’s edited most times.
